I used a pipe plug to plug up the exhaust manifold. For the intake manifold, I used JB weld and couple of pennys to block off the holes. * Put the manifold upside down. *Mix up some JB weld, * put some weld on both side of the penny. * put the penny on top of the egr hole * put JB weld around the penny to seal it good. * Let it sit overnight. You now have a rock hard seal on the egr holes. For the Turbo locking tabs, I had to use a long chisel and hammer to bend those down to undo the nuts. Heater hose, or silicone hose should work for for the water. You can use the original oil lines for the turbos. Just be sure to clean them out good with brake cleaner. Mike
